- What is the S500 PLUS designed for?
The S500 PLUS is a dual-purpose turf maintenance machine ideal for: Bowls greens, Cricket pitches, Golf courses, Other fine turf surfaces, It’s designed to spike, slot and (with the optional seeder box) seed turf quickly and efficiently allowing air, water and nutrients to penetrate the root zone.

Yes they are fully replaceable and you can find them in our Spares Shop.

You can choose the slotter reel , the spiker reel or the slotter and seeder box. Additional slotter and spiker reels are available.

- Is there an optional seeding function?
Yes – an optional heavy-duty ground-driven seeder box can be added to slot and seed in one operation.
- How easy is it to change reels?
The machine uses a simple changeover reel lock system – swap reels in under one minute.
- How long does it take to cover a bowling green?
At normal working speed, it takes around 90 minutes to spike, slot, and seed an average-sized bowling green.
- What is the working speed?
The machine operates at 0–3mph.
