Newly promoted Sunderland AFC continue their sustainability drive with the recent delivery of six new Dennis ES-860 battery-powered mowers to their world-class training facility, The Academy of Light.

Dennis Mowers, part of the Howardson Group, will be exhibiting on stand 50 in Hall 1 at this year’s GroundsFest and visitors are invited to their stand to see the latest development in stadium mowing.

Sunday, August 3rd saw turf professionals from across the region gather at the picturesque Oulton Park Cricket Club for the much-anticipated Cheshire Grounds Seminar, hosted by the Cheshire Association of Groundsmen.

Brian Taylor, the proud winner of the 2025 Bowls England Greenkeeper of the Year award was welcomed for an exclusive visit by the Howardson Group, where Dennis and SISIS products are made, in Derby – part of his prize for receiving the prestigious national accolade.
